With just over a week to go until Showcase 2021, there are a few things you can do now to help making your experience as streamlined as possible.
To deliver a COVIDSafe event, there are a few changes to the day to day functioning of the event. In line with current restrictions, seating is fully allocated with your details included on your printed nametag.
While that means there will be no changing rooms between sessions, you can rest assured that you can catch up on the sessions you missed in the Clinical Excellence Showcase podcast (but more on that one later). In addition, you are required to wear a mask unless you are eating, drinking or in your allocated seat.
For more information about Brisbane Powerhouse’s COVIDSafe plan, visit the venue’s COVID-19 advice page.
Join the CEQ Events app
To support our COVIDSafe event and to ensure our virtual delegates feel as much a part of the live event, all Q&As will be conducted via the CEQ Events app.
If you’ve been to a previous Showcase, you should already have an account so simply log back in and join ‘Showcase 2021’. If not, simply create your profile and join the event before you arrive so you have more time to enjoy the event!
Plan how you’re getting there

Do some pre-listening (but don’t worry about taking notes)
Once again, all presentations will be recorded and packaged up to form Season 3 of the Clinical Excellence Showcase podcast. The first episodes will start dropping from the end of October, so sit back and relax – no need to take notes!
In addition, the Showcase website already has a wealth of content available for you to explore, including Season 1 of the Clinical Excellence Stories documentary and podcast series.
