We advise and partner with high priority Hospital and Health Services to sustainably increase their leadership and management capability, and support cultural improvement through:
Information gathering: Develop a strategy to sustainably increase leadership and management capability, and support cultural improvement through the gathering of information and consulting with Hospital and Health Service executives, leaders, managers, frontline staff and consumers (such as interviewing, surveys, training needs assessment, reviewing Hospital and Health Service data including culture survey data)
Action planning: Develop sustainable leadership and management capability and cultural improvement strategies
Contracting and procurement: Align Hospital and Health Service needs to available Centre for Leadership Excellence learning and development products and procure providers (internal and external) to customise bespoke products and services
Strategy implementation: Partner with Hospital and Health Service stakeholders to implement initiatives around local priorities
Analysis and reporting: Ongoing monitoring of investments and initiatives with continual feedback to Hospital and Health Service stakeholders
Evaluation and exit: Evaluate and transition the strategy initiatives to the Hospital and Health Service stakeholders to sustainably continue and embed the development
