SEED (Support, Explore, Excel, Deliver) Program
The Care at End of Life SEED (Support, Explore, Excel, Deliver) Innovation Program was an annual initiative which helped to strengthen the capacity of Queensland health services to respond to the needs of those with a progressive life-limiting illness.
The following SEED projects have been funded to trial innovative ways to deliver quality healthcare.
